A Friday edition of AHTW, since tomorrow is a special day.
So around here this week...
I locked myself in the craft room....a little difficult to do since it doesn't have a door....and finished, let me say that again....I FINISHED the twin's quilt tops and backings. Not only that, but I deposited them and a cabin quilt I finished last fall, with the quilter. Big Atta Girl here. Aside from that, I've been playing catch up with things that dropped by the wayside while the babies were here last week. They are arriving this evening and will be here for a few days while her husband has his final exams. Because I've been catching up and very focused on getting the quilts done, pictures from me were non-existent.
Sent to me from the kids and grandkids this week, I got this video Even took of Quincy getting settled just right on his Cookie pillow to read a book. The thing that made me laugh is that Cookie never moved during the whole process.
From Collin's Jurassic family, my daughter-in-law discovered a man who has a jeep with the Jurassic Park logo on it and allowed her to take pictures of the boys in it.
Both James and David dressed up as Alan Grant.
Just cracked me up.
In case you can't read the small print on the mirror, it says, "Objects in the mirror may eat you."
I got a couple from Levi and Jude's mama of their walk to our local temple.
We'll sure be glad when it opens up more.
So last Saturday when I was trying to get some stuff put away after the twins were here, Marc called me and said, "We'll be there in a half hour. Have a list of chores for us to do." They helped get the Easter stuff stowed in the bin and toted the bin to the loft, changed lightbulbs and vacuumed my tile and wood floors. Jude loves to help vacuum. It was totally unexpected, and very much appreciated since these days I always feel like I'm running behind.
Hold on to your butts.
