Around Here This Week

So around here this week....

We had babies in residence. Look at those cuties asleep. They were worn out after morning baths. We put them down on their bellies for tummy time after a feeding and they both just drifted off.

Yes, sometimes they'd drift off, but there were other times they hollered a lot. 

It was just my daughter and I with the babies this week. My husband was on an adventure, so very exotic "I'm gone." flowers arrived. We sure missed the extra set of arms.

This particular adventure required advance spraying with anti-tick spray, which is yucky stuff, so he put his camo outside in the trees to spray it.

The back patio got a bit of a face lift while he was gone. Some of the pavers were sinking as time went on, so the edges needed adjusting. It was quite the process

Sent to me from the kids and grandkids this week, I did mention that Eric's family was traveling in southern Utah last week. You might also notice Eric shaved his beard off.

They did a lot of activities from swimming to biking...

...to hiking.

I know this picture was taken just for me. See how far away from the edge of the trail the kids are? I have a very definite heights thing and I appreciate them making sure everyone is safe.

Lastly, this picture of Jude "reading" just cracked me up. Be you, Jude-boy!
