Around Here This Week

So around here this week....

I've been taking note of the early senior hours offered by our local grocery stores, and you can bet that since I meet the age criteria, I'm taking advantage of them. 

Marc's wife and boys came over for a couple of days. It was easy to tell they were here.

We just followed the trail of toys laid out like bread crumbs for us. :)

Grandpa, being the fun guy he is, took them for rhino rides in the pasture and walked them all over the back 40 so they'd sleep well at night. He's really helpful that way.

We celebrated Grandpa's birthday while they were here...

....and ate yummy cake.

Jude liked it, too.

I'm thinking the pasture walks worked to help more than just the kids sleep well.

Sent to me from the kids and grandkids, Elisa sent pictures of what's keeping her kiddos busy. Gwen worked on a little anatomy.

There was some braid work,

and also some crazy hair.

From Collin's family, James has passed a pretty big milestone.

While Rachelle and the boys were here, one of Jude's favorite things was to play Peek-a-Boo. I got this video from Rachelle of him trying it out for himself.
