So around here this week....
We're starting so see colorful signs of fall. Love it. This is my happy place.
This week's bouquet.
These also came early this week while my husband was still on his adventure. He's home now, after having a flight cancelled, which necessitated him having to reschedule everything and arriving home a day later.
Garden production is starting to slow down some. Well, except for the zucchini. We found this torpedo, and I'm wondering how many loaves of zucchini bread I could make...
Sent to me from the kids and grandkids this week...Eric's wife, Elisa, sent me a few pictures of their trip from her camera's view. To give you some perspective, my son standing there is 6'3".
Here he is with Ephraim.
Kind of mind-boggling, isn't it?
I actually really like this picture of Eric. I know he's just spent some time reading all those books to kids.
This picture of Ephraim cracks me up.
Here's Gwen, and I love the silhouette look here, as well as the reflection of the trees in the water.
Caroline, Emmett and Gwen watching a blowhole in the rocks.
From Collin's family, James stood in the face painting line for an hour so he could get a "rainbow train" painted on.
David was pretty serious about his pony ride.
And finally, Collin helped David play hide & seek. His mama says he was really quiet and still until he heard someone come up the stairs to look for him. Then all bets were off.
The redwoods were really awesome. Those are some BIIIIIG trees.
