There's a question mark there because it just hasn't been a snowy winter for us.
In fact, we've been about 10° above normal for a while now. We've been getting precipitation, it's just been rain instead of snow. Compared to the Snowpocalypse we had last year, this is just the complete opposite. It's winter. I'm wanting some snow.
We've had the discussion that I like to mark the passage of the year not only by the four, distinct seasons, but also with seasonal stuff around the house. And by the way, you're just going to have to look past the 1990'a era texturing on my walls. Every year I vow I'm going to get it sanded down and changed, and then I think about the amazing and total mess that would cause, and I lose my nerve. It'll come back around in a few years, right?
There was happiness and joy on my part when Bryce and my husband brought the January bin in the same day the Christmas ones went out to the loft.
You would think there was a foot of snow outside by the number of snowmen in residence.
Still, it makes me happy to see them.
And just because we haven't gotten much snow yet...
...doesn't mean we can't wish.
All the snowmen make me happy too!! Although I am quite alright with the lack of snow at the moment. I’m already ready for spring! Haha
