aww! It's the little reminders that count, right? And your post just makes me think that I should treasure the piles of notes that my own 6yo DD keeps bringing me...before they dwindle to nothing, and she stops calling me mommy. :(

I'm glad she insisted on planting flowers. They are very pretty (although possibly not as vitamin filled and tasty as veggies)
