Found it! Right where I THOUGHT I had put it. I looked in that cupboard 3 or 4 times, but was never high enough to see it. Got the step ladder out and was taking apart each cupboard. Fortunately it was in only the 3 cupboard I checked, so the drama didn't go on very long.
